Architectural Review

The Board of Directors of the Homes Association appoints an Architectural Review Committee to review and approve original construction and other exterior additions or alterations. A submittal of plans and information with ARC review form and approval by the ARC Committee is required prior to commencement of construction/alteration per the Declarations. The ARC Committee shall approve/disapprove submittals within twenty (20) working days, but turn-around time is typically much shorter depending on the completeness of the submittal.
